Call History

WorkPhone stores call history per day.

Redial number from call history

  1. Go to Calls and click the menu beside the number
  2. Click the Call icon

View call details

In the call details, you can see the number, date and time of the call, duration, and call direction.

  1. Go to Calls; call history is separated by day
  2. Click the number to view the call detailsd, or click the menu beside the call and choose Call details

  3. The local date and time of the call, destination name (contact name), destination number (contact number) and duration of the call are shown

    • Calls with blue phone icon are incoming calls that were answered
    • Calls with green icon are outgoing calls that were answered
    • Calls with orange icon are outgoing calls that were not answered, either you hung up or call was rejected
    • Calls with red icon are calls that were missed
    • Calls with icon are calls that were blocked
  4. Under "Advanced details", the direction of the call is shown and how the call was completed

Copy number from call history

  1. Go to Calls and click the menu beside the number you want to copy
  2. Select Copy Number, the number is copied to your clipboard

  3. Select the keypad icon, then select Edit from your WorkPhone menu and choose Paste option or choose Ctrl + V.

Mac

For MAC users, the app menu appears along the top of your screen when the app is active in the foreground.

Delete call from history

To delete a call from call history, click the menu and choose Delete

Note

When you delete a call from the log, a countdown timer starts which allows you 8 seconds to undo the delete if it was made in error.

Block number

From the call history, you can block a number that has called you in the past if they are not in your contacts. You can also block a contact in the Contacts tab.

  1. Go to Calls; click the menu beside the call and click Block
