User Dashboard

In User Portal app, you can get information about your user account in the PBX. Your voicemails, call history, faxes, contacts, and so on. You can also apply some limited settings using this app.

NOTE: In each menu, you can use the search function to find details quickly.

Viewing voicemails

  1. Go to User Portal.
  2. Click the Voicemail tab to view a list of all voicemails received.
  3. From the dropdown menu, you can filter by new voicemails or previously heard voicemails.

Viewing call history

  1. Go to User_Portal.
  2. Click the Call History tab and set the time frame for call history you want to review.
  3. Click Filter to display the appropriate results.

NOTE: From the Smart PBX app, you can view call history for all users in Call Logs.

Viewing fax history

  1. Go to User_Portal.
  2. Click the Faxes tab and set the time frame for fax history you want to review.
  3. Click Filter to display the appropriate results.

Viewing contact lists

  1. Go to User_Portal.
  2. Click the Contact List tab to show all your contact names and numbers.
  3. You can change how many entries are displayed on each page, and use the arrows to navigate the full list.

Managing conferences

  1. Go to User_Portal.
  2. Click the Conference tab to display any conferences you are included in

    NOTE: The Conference tab is only available when a conference is set up.

  3. On the conference dashboard, you can perform the following tasks:

    • View the call-in number and conference number
    • Lock the conference
    • Mute or hangup the conference
    • Invite more people
    • View the moderators and participants
    • Manage your pin
    • Determine if participants join on mute or deaf
    • Determine if entry or exit tones are played

Setting up call forwarding

  1. Go to User Portal > Settings and Devices.
  2. Check the box to Enable Call Forward.
  3. Enter the phone number that you want to divert your calls to.
  4. If you want both devices to ring, check Also Ring My VoIP Phone.
  5. If you want the caller ID to display on the forwarded call, check Keep Caller ID.
  6. Save your changes.

Setting up voicemail to email

  1. Go to User Portal > Settings and Devices.
  2. Check the box to Send Voicemail to Email.
  3. Enter the email address that you want send the voicemail notifications to.
  4. Save your changes.
