HOSTED PORTAL UPGRADE
As you are aware a long planned for upgrade to the IP Telecom backend was carried out over the weekend of Friday 20th and Saturday 21st September.
The upgrade was necessary for backend services to ensure that we continue to provide a fully secure, up to date platform that provides a suitable foundation for the delivery of further enhanced services.
Since the changes were made we are aware of some intermittent issues that are impacting a number of customers. These issues had not occurred on testing this deployment nor on previous upgrade works and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by them for you and your customers.
Our support, development and network teams are actively working to resolve any outstanding issues and we commit to provide further updates when they become available. Thank you for your continued patience during this time.
