Configuring the Main Conference Numbers

All users must use the main conference number plus their individual conference extension.

Assign the main conference number

  1. Go to Smart PBX > Main Number > Main Conference Number
  2. Click Add from Spare Numbers

  3. Select the number you want to use as the conference number

  4. Click Add Selected Numbers
  5. Click Custom Greeting if you want the conference callers to hear a specific greeting. Use the toggle to enable and enter the text that you want to add
  6. Close the menu

Create a personal conference number for each user

  1. Go to Smart PBX > Users
  2. Find the user and click "User Features".
  3. Click Conference Bridge
  4. Use the toggle to enable the conference bridge

  5. Enter your personal conference room number.

  6. Click Save Changes.
