Call Logs

Review call history on the account for any time range and filter the results as needed. You can also open a support ticket with IP Telecom from the Call Logs page. The call details can be copied and included in email for reporting.

View call logs

  1. Go to Your Apps > Smart PBX > Call Logs

  2. From Actions you can expand the call details and copy them to a clipboard if needed to report call issues.

Listen to call recording

To listen to a recording, open the Call Recording application and go to the Stored Recordings tab.

Call recording must be set up on your hosted PBX to hear the call. See Call Recording

Download call logs as CSV file

After you run a call details report, you can download the results as a .csv file.

  1. Go to Smart PBX > Call Logs.
  2. Click the Custom tab and select the date range for the call logs that you want.
  3. Click Filter for your results.
  4. Click Download to save the call logs as CSV file.
