Setting up Hosted PBX
When you receive your phones, simply plug them in and ensure that they are allocated correctly to all users. Log in to your hosted PBX admin portal and click the dots menu to see Your Apps. This page contains the applications you'll use to manage your phone system. See the section Hosted PBX Apps for detailed information about using the portal and user guides for each application.

For softphones, users can simply download the softphone on their PC or mobile and log in using the credentials provided by IP Telecom.
Most of the setup is done in the Smart PBX application. Other applications are supplementary, used for reporting, storage, or contain more advanced configuration options. If you are running a call center in your organisation, then the Call Center app will also be one of your most commonly used apps.
