Update Yealink firmware through Yealink USB Connect

How to update your device firmware using USB connect and monitor for changes.

Installing the Yealink USB connect

1. Click the install link - http://surl.li/jfwug

2. Download for either Windows or MAC

   

3. Accept the T&Cs and click Next

   

4. Click Next to proceed

   

5. Click Next to install into the default folder and proceed (alternatively browse for your choice of folder)

   

6. Click Install to begin the installation.

   

7. "Launch Yealink USB Connect" is checked by default; if this is not checked, you need to launch the Yealink USB Connect manually.

   

8. Click Finish; when the application is fully installed it will look like this:

   

9. Connect your Yealink device to your PC

Checking for updates

If a new version is detected, click update now to upgrade to the latest; if no new version is detected, you will be shown that the current version is the latest
