Polycom - Set BLF

To set busy lamp field (BLF):

  1. Type the IP of your Polycom device in a web browser to get to the web interface.

  2. Go to Utilities > Line Key configuration and then go to ‘Add Line Key Function’.

  3. In this example, we set up a "Parking BLF", click save at the bottom of the screen.

  4. For parking, the BLF light will be off when no calls are parked and green flashing if a call is parked.

  5. For other users in the PBX, the BLF light displays:

  6. OFF: No calls

  7. FLASHING GREEN: Phone is ringing
  8. RED: User is in a call
