Cisco - Change Call Forward (Divert) Feature Code
Cisco phones have internally recorded *72 for a separate purpose, therefore you can't use this code when trying to set up a divert on your phone.
To change the feature code for call forward:
- Log in to your Hosted PBX Portal.
- Select the Callflows application.
Click Feature Codes.
Change the feature codes for enable, disable and toggle the call forwarding.
IP Telecom recommends using the code
*774 for the Cisco devices to avoid future problems.
