Cisco - Change Call Forward (Divert) Feature Code

Cisco phones have internally recorded *72 for a separate purpose, therefore you can't use this code when trying to set up a divert on your phone.

To change the feature code for call forward:

  1. Log in to your Hosted PBX Portal.
  2. Select the Callflows application.
  3. Click Feature Codes.


  4. Change the feature codes for enable, disable and toggle the call forwarding.

IP Telecom recommends using the code *772, *773 and *774 for the Cisco devices to avoid future problems.
