Using your Mobile Bria Softphone

This section gives a brief overview of your Bria mobile interface and how to use it. For more detailed information and official Bria guides, see Bria Mobile User Guide.

Screen layout

Answer an incoming call

Click Accept

Reject an incoming call

Click Decline

Unattended Transfer

1. Ask the caller to hold, tap "more"

   

2. Tap "Transfer"

   

3. Enter the number of the person you want to transfer the call to

4. Tap "Transfer" to put the caller through

Attended Transfer

1. While talking to a caller, tap hold

   

2. Tap add call

   

3. Enter the number of the person you want to transfer the call to

4. Click Dial

   

5. When you are finished speaking with the target user, tap more

   

6. Tap "Transfer" to put the caller through

Swap between calls

1. Ask the 1st party to hold

   

2. Tap "add call"

   

3. Enter the number of the person 2nd party

4. Click Dial

   

5. To go back to the 1st party, tap "Swap Calls"

   

6. The 2nd party is on hold and you are connected to the 1st party
