Bria - Use Second Account in Mobile Softphone
Using two accounts in the same license is not available by default. Inform IP Telecom if you need to have this option. After we have set it up, log out and log in again on your mobile phone.
To use second account:
- After you log in, your main screen will display a new icon (see 1 below).
- When you click the icon, you will see both accounts. In the example, the default account is listed as SIP Account and the second account is a UK account.
- In this case, when you in the default account and you want to call IP Telecom, you should dial '016877777', but if you are in the UK account you'll dial the international prefix also '0035316877777'.
