Bria - Generate Application Logs
If you have contacted our support team regarding an issue with Bria Enterprise application we might ask you to generate some application logs. Use the following steps to obtain the logs.
These steps might vary depending on the application version and also the make and model of your device.
- Open the Bria Stretto application and replicate the fault.
Once the fault has been replicated press Settings.
Choose Advanced Settings.
Scroll down to Application Logging and press Send Log. Do not press ‘Call Statistics’.
Click ‘Yes’ to confirm you want to generate the log.
After the log has been sent to CounterPath’s server you'll get a log reference. It might take a few minutes to get the reference number.
Record the reference number and include it in your support ticket.
You must contact us immediately after the log is generated because they don’t stay on the portal for long.
