Bria - Installation

Before you can install Bria, you must receive an email from IP Telecom which looks similar to this:

To install Bria:

1. In the email, click the link for either Windows or Mac depending on your operation system.
2. If you have a mobile license, search for "bria counterpath"
3. After the Softphone installation has completed, you'll see a Bria Enterprise Icon on your desktop or phone.

4. Open the app.

   

5. Enter the user name and password provided in the email.

6. Click "Sign In".
