Multifactor Authentication for Hosted PBX and WorkPhone

Users of IP Telecom systems can set up identity verification for extra security when logging into your hosted PBX portal and WorkPhone application.

IP Telecom uses DUO MultiFactor Authentication. DUO MFA should first be set up by your administrator. When the DUO administrator account is established, you can can turn on authentication for the hosted portal. Each user must install the DUO mobile app on their Smartphone or tablet to generate passcodes for each log in attempt to hosted portal.
