IPT Connect Overview
Enable communication between your hosted PBX and your customer relationship management system. The IPT Connect app checks for user activity in your hosted PBX and then stores updated information in your CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, Zapier and more.
Important
IPT Connect was formerly known as CRM Integration. You cannot run both applications at the same time. If you were previously using the CRM Integration app, you might notice duplicate activity when you log in to IPT Connect. Disable CRM Integration app in App Exchange, clear browser cache, then log back into IPT Connect.
Accessing IPT Connect
- Log in to Hosted PBX
- Select IPT Connect from the Your Apps page.
Note
If you can't see IPT Connect in "Your Apps", go to the App Exchange and select it from all applications. Use the toggle to enable it and click save. If you cannot select it, check with IP Telecom if this app is available for your account.
