NEW FEATURES, ENHANCEMENTS & BUG FIXES
Release 1.9 contains updates to our Zendesk integration. When click-to-dial is activated in Zendesk, it creates a new entry in the existing ticket and does not open a new ticket.
Release 1.8
Release 1.8 represents the roll out of our Salesforce Integration for IPT Connect.
COMPATIBILITY INFORMATION
The Salesforce CRM application at your organisation has three major releases per year: Spring, Summer, and Winter so it's possible that your organisation is not always running the latest version. When IP Telecom updates your hosted PBX integration with Salesforce, it might affect some features depending on your Salesforce version.
To minimise disruption, we will advise when an upgrade to a newer version of Salesforce is necessary for optimal functionality.
The current IPT Connect Salesforce integration v1.8 is compatible with Salesforce versions shown; we cannot guarantee functionality versions earlier than Spring '20'.

IPT Connect release notes contain information on changes in the core integrations platform, individual integrations or parts thereof and the base release version 1.0 is a cumulative number for initial release notes publication only.
