Dialling within UK

If you have users in the UK using the the Irish hosted PBX and they would like to dial the UK numbers without using the Country Code (0044 or +44), you can change the "Caller ID Number" in the "Outbound Calls" option for the user.

  1. Go to Apps > Callflows > User
  2. Select the user that you want to modify.
  3. Scroll down to the "Outbound Calls" section.
  4. Enter the "Caller ID Number" as the UK number.

  5. Save your changes.
