Change Language and Accent in TTS

For text-to-speech (TTS) media files, you can choose your language and in some cases an "accent". You can also select a female or male voice.

Important

The TTS feature doesn't translate, it simply reads with the accent of the language selected.

New TTS media file

1. Go to Callflows > Play Media > Add.
2. In "Media Type", select "TTS".

3. In "Select", choose the gender, language and accent you prefer.

   

If the TTS already exists:

1. Go to Callflows > Play Media.

2. Select the media file from the list on the left and then apply changes.
