Phone not Ringing

If the phone does not ring, verify that there is no call forwarding enabled on the phone which is not indicated on the devices display.

*72 - Enable call forward

*73 - Disable call forward

*74 - Toggle call forward

You can also check user's call forwarding set up in Callflows > Users > Advanced > Call Forward.
