Prevent Missed Call in Multiple Devices

Devices are set up to ring at the same time when a call arrives. When the call is picked up on one of the devices, the other devices will show a missed call.

Check the setting in Smart PBX

1. Go to Smart PBX > Devices.
2. Click the Edit icon on the device for your user .

3. Go to Advanced > Miscellaneous.

   

4. Verify that "Ignore Complete Elsewhere" is unchecked in each device.

   

5. Click Save if you made any changes.

Check the setting in Callflows

1. Go to Callflows > Device
2. Select the device for your user
3. Go to Advanced > Options

4. Verify that "Ignore Complete Elsewhere" is unchecked in each device

   

​5. Click Save if you made any changes.
