Find Call Information

There are three options to obtain information about calls in Hosted PBX:

  • Smart PBX App: Use call logs for troubleshooting, search by phone number or extension number and modify the date ranges

  • CDRs App: Search the CDRs app to look for calls related to specific users

  • Stats Centre App: Search Stats Centre if you are looking for users in a queue, view inbound agent calls

    Stats Center is only available if you are using the Call Center application and have call queues in use

Finding calls in Smart PBX

  1. Go to Smart PBX > Call Logs.
  2. Select the time range you want to view or set a custom range (monthly).

  3. Download the results and filter as required.

Finding calls in CDRs application

  1. Go to Your Apps and open the CDRs app (if the app is not available in the Your Apps view, go to the App Exchange and enable it for your account).

  2. Select the "Overall" or "Per User" tab for detailed call information.

  3. Select the date range or the date range and user.
  4. View the results as a graphic or view as a log and download the results.

Finding calls in Stats Center application

  1. Go to Your Apps and open the Stats Centre application.
  2. To view calls for a user who is in a Call Centre queue, select "Inbound Agents".
  3. Apply filters as required and view the results or download as .csv files.
