Block international calls but allow one destination
If you want to block all international destinations except one specific country do the following:
- Go to the Advanced Provisioner > Devices.
-
Select the device you want to apply the changes and click Settings > Configure
-
Go to the Dialnow and Replace Rules tab and configure as shown:
- First, allow calls to the country we want, in this example we will use the UK:
- Next, block any call going out with “00” and replace that with the number 998899 (because that's not a number that exists, the call won’t go through). You could create a call flow with that number with a media to let users know that international calls are not allowed.
- Next, block any call going out with “+” and replace that with the number 998899, the same outcome thats for “00”.
- Finally, allow any other calls.
