Multifactor Authentication Overview
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your hosted PBX portal is configured using Duo https://duo.com/.
After you set up MFA for your hosted PBX account, users will get an alert requesting them to verify their identity either by using the DUO app on their smartphone or by entering a passcode received in an SMS message.
There are two apps in the hosted portal to add to your app exchange for MFA authentications, Duo Integration and Authentication:
Access Authentication Apps
- Log in to Hosted PBX.
- Select Duo Integration from the Your Apps page.

If Duo Integration is not available, click the APP Exhange and use the toggle to display the application in Your Apps.
