Dimensions by Xarios

Dimensions by Xarios is a sophisticated reporting tool that provides detailed call analytics. IP Telecom are offering Dimensions in two versions which are chargeable depending on number of hosted users and call center agents:

Dimensions Essentials

With Dimensions Essentials call reporting, you can use filtered reports to monitor productivity and customer experience. For example, schedule reports and view detailed call information and user status. Essentials would be suitable for customers with no call centre and fewer users.

Dimensions Essentials + Real Time

With Dimensions Real Time, customised Wallboards can be used to monitor information on calls that are currently live in the system, including calls queuing and live agent status. With Dimensions Real Time you are alerted to possible service level breaches and other issues in real-time on active calls, enabling you to make informed changes. Dimensions Real Time is suitable for customers with call centre.

Note

Depending on the your requirements, Wallboards are chargeable and might be included or can be added as needed. The RT supervisor add-on provides access to see and create wallboards.

Access Dimensions

As a customer, you'll be provided with a link to access Dimensions dimensions.eu.xarios.cloud.

After you log in, Dimensions will pull in all the data from your hosted PBX account. Statistic reports, wallboards and different analytics for your hosted PBX account are all managed here and you can organise and theme the Dimensions application however you choose.
