CDRs Overview

There are several ways to view call history, logs, reports and details.

  • Your Apps > CDRs (call history statistics per account or per user)
  • Your Apps > Smart PBX (see Call Logs)
  • Your Apps > Stats Center (if you are running a call center, see Stats Center)

Accessing CDRs

  1. Log in to Hosted PBX.
  2. Select CDRs from the Your Apps page.

From the landing page, you can select to view details of the entire account or a single user, then check the statistics.
