CDRs Overview
There are several ways to view call history, logs, reports and details.
- Your Apps > CDRs (call history statistics per account or per user)
- Your Apps > Smart PBX (see Call Logs)
- Your Apps > Stats Center (if you are running a call center, see Stats Center)
Accessing CDRs
- Log in to Hosted PBX.
- Select CDRs from the Your Apps page.
From the landing page, you can select to view details of the entire account or a single user, then check the statistics.
