Blocklist

Create a list of numbers that should be blocked. If a caller is trying to call anyone in your PBX account from a blocklisted number, the call will fail.

Setting up a blocklist

1. Go to Callflows > blocklist.
2. Enter a name for the blocklist.
3. Enable Block Anonymous, if you want to block any calls coming from an anonymous number.
4. Add the phone numbers that you want to include in the blocklist.

5. Save your changes.

   

6. Activate the blocklist in Account Settings.
