Delete Stored Recordings

  1. Go to Apps > Call Recording.
  2. Click Stored Recordings and select the recording that you want to delete.

  3. Click the delete icon.

  4. Click Delete on the first confirmation request.

  5. Click Yes Delete on the second confirmation request once you are certain this is the recording that you want to delete.

Warning

The recording is permanently removed from the stored recordings list and the system clears the deleted recordings at defined intervals. Deleted recordings cannot be restored. This is the reason for the three stage process to minimise the chance of a recording being deleted by mistake. You can restrict access to the Call Recording application itself to limit which users have ability to delete recordings, however once in the app, those users can listen to and delete whatever recordings they want.
