Queue Performance

Queue Performance is a Pro Feature.

Managers and admins can access the Queue Performance page to see metrics for all queues managed (for managers) or all queues on the account (for admins).

View performance reports

• Filter which data is presented according to queue(s) selected, time period (daily/weekly/monthly), and a date range
• Select which fields to display, e.g. total calls, missed calls or show all fields
• Select how the data is laid out; choose from list view, a cards view, or a graph view.
