Agent Performance

Agent Performance is a Pro feature.

Managers and admins can access the Agent Performance page to see metrics for all agents managed (for managers) or all agents on the account (for admins).

View performance reports

  • Filter which data is presented according to agent(s) selected, queue(s) selected, time period (daily/weekly/monthly), and a date range
  • Select which fields to display, e.g. total calls, missed calls or show all fields
  • Select how the data is laid out; choose from list view, a cards view, or a graph view.
